If you wish to cancel an order or update shipping information for a recently placed order, please contact us via email within 24 hours of placing your order. Not satisfied with your order? We offer a full refund up to 30 days after your order has been placed! This includes unsatisfactory and damaged purchases. After 30 days, we will accept your return for store credit of the original purchase price. Contact us via email if you would like to return your order. |

All of our products are shipped through USPS. (average shipping $4) but if you spend We offer Free shipping within the US on orders over $45. Standard shipping will take between 2-5 business days after we process your order. after your order is placed we will send you your tracking number via email. If you did not get an email with your tracking information, you may have inputted the wrong email address so please email us if this is the case. We do our best to get our orders to your door as soon as possible, but due to COVID-19, the post services can be unpredictable at times, so we thank you for your patience. |

| Is it safe for my cat? | Our Cat collars are made from a stretchy string that will pull off of your cat's head if it gets snagged on anything. We advise that you keep an eye on your cat and how comfortable they are wearing their collar around the house before leaving them to be out of sight. . |
| How do I get this on my cat? |
Our Cattitude Collars are made from a very stretchy material that can easily stretch over your cat's head. Place both hands inside of the collar and stretch outwards until there is enough space to reach the collar around the cat's head comfortably. Watch our how-to video! |
| Bracelet and collar care? |
For the longest wear of your cattitude bracelet, It is advised that you keep them out of prolonged water. Take them off before showering or swimming because the elastic cord will wear down in both hot and cold water. It is also advised that you keep your bracelets away from harsh cleaning chemicals harsh temperatures and soaps that may react with the elastic. |
